Cynthia Michelle (CiCi) Jones Humphrey, 42, passed away Friday, March 11, 2022 at her home in Burleson. A visitation will be held from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, Friday, March 18, 2022 at Lucas & Blessing Funeral Home, 518 SW Johnson Ave. in Burleson. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Lucas & Blessing Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Burleson Memorial Cemetery. Cindy was born February 5, 1980 in Kingsville, Texas to Steven and Darlene Jones. She grew up in Burleson and graduated from Burleson High School in 1998. After high school, she studied at Tarrant County College in Fort Worth. She was a branch manager at Wells Fargo Bank for several years. She was a member of Lifegate Church in Burleson. Cindy married Royce Humphrey in 2005 in Burleson, and they were happily married for 7 years. Cindy came into this world bubbling over with sunshine and a love for all God’s children like no other. She made time for anyone at any time to smile and listen always offering a warm thought and a prayer for someone in need. She was wonderful daughter, granddaughter, sister, cousin, aunt and friend but most of all “Mama” to her girls. Anyone who knew her knew she was a friend...always. She was preceded in death by her husband, Royce Humphrey. Cindy is survived by her two daughters, Lilyann Humphrey and Madeline Rose Bailey; mother, Cynthia Darlene Jones of Burleson; father, Steven H. Jones and wife, Brenda of Tuttle, Oklahoma; sister, Katrina Nicole Rich and husband, Reagon; step-sisters, Holly DeAnn Stearman and husband, Jeremy of Davis, Oklahoma and Stacey Danielle Kennedy and husband, Zac of Mustang, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives whom she loved dearly.
